URI Rams Athletics Facilities
Student-athletes at URI push their limits every day—but until now, their facilities haven’t kept pace. The redesigned Rams House changes that. This bold rebrand and renovation introduces a state-of-the-art training hub featuring upgraded athletic spaces, wellness resources, and academic support centers—all unified under a powerful new visual identity. From the modernized logo to the “Train Here, Win Anywhere” campaign, every detail is crafted to elevate the student-athlete experience, energize school spirit, and position URI as a top destination for the next generation of champions.
Problem:
Student-athletes spend a significant portion of their lives in sports training, dedicating 40 to 50 hours per week to their athletic pursuits. Despite the high commitment, many sports facilities remain outdated, lacking the resources needed to support athletic excellence and overall well-being, such as URI. As college athletics becomes increasingly competitive, there is a pressing need to create modern, high-performance spaces that not only foster success but also enhance the recruitment experience for top-tier talent.
Objective:
The URI Rams Athletics renovation project will modernize Rams House with state-of-the-art facilities, including training spaces, academic support, and well-being hubs to elevate the student-athlete experience. Paired with the "Train Here, Win Anywhere" recruitment campaign, it showcases how URI’s facilities transform athletes, preparing them for success and strengthening recruitment efforts to build champions.
