Female Fwrd UX/UI
High school girls in sports often face an uneven playing field—especially in male-dominated arenas where support and visibility are limited. Female Fwrd is a digital platform built to change that. Designed as a community hub, the site offers mentorship, resources, and real stories from athletes who’ve been there. More than just a website, Female Fwrd is a movement to uplift, connect, and empower the next generation of female athletes—helping them build confidence, find belonging, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in sport.
Problem:
High school girls in sports, especially those competing in male-dominated fields, often face inequality, lack of support, and fewer opportunities to thrive. Many struggle with stereotypes, self-doubt, and isolation in their athletic journeys. Without strong representation and a supportive network, it can be challenging for these athletes to feel empowered, seen, and encouraged to push forward in their sports.
Objective:
Female Fwrd is a website designed to empower and unite high school girls in sports, fostering a community where they can share experiences, find mentorship, and uplift one another. By providing resources, stories, and support, Female Fwrd creates a space that champions female athletes, especially in male-dominated sports, helping them build confidence and break barriers
